Mandate
Ensure continuity and long term strategy with regard to CACAP conference planning.
Chair
Appointed by the Board of Directors in conjunction with the members of the Academy within the region of the conference.
Reports to
Board of Directors via the Executive Director
Number and Nature of Members
The Chair has the responsibility for the number of members and the process of joining the Committee. Members of the committee may be members of the Academy or non members whose expertise contributes to the overall success of the arrangements for the meeting.
Number and Type of Meetings Per Year
The number of meetings is at the discretion of the chair and the committee.
Length of Time for Appointments and Number of Terms
The Chair and most members will serve for a term of 3 years.
