The Canadian Academy of Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry (the “CACAP”) is responsible for the operation of this web
site and all pages that collectively comprise this web site (the “Site”). The information
and services available through this Site are subject to the following terms and
conditions (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and
the CACAP. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, do not further
access or use this Site. The CACAP reserves the right to change using these Terms
of Use at any time without prior notice and will have no liability for any loss
or inconvenience which may result. Your use of this Site following any modification
constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use as revised.
For this reason, the CACAP recommends that you review these Terms of Use each time
you use this Site. These Terms of Use were instituted on January 1, 2006.
In return for the CACAP providing
information and/or services through this Site, you agree as follows:
- You may access and use the Site
for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do so only in accordance

- The CACAP, this Site and the
Content (excluding linked sites) are physically located within the province of Ontario,
Canada. These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario
and the federal laws of Canada and shall be treated in all respects as an Ontario
contract, without reference to the principles of conflicts of law. In the event
of a dispute, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.
You and the CACAP expressly exclude the UN Convention on Contracts for the International
Sale of Goods, and the International Sale of Goods Act (Ontario) as amended, replaced
or re-enacted from time to time. You and the CACAP have required that these terms
of use and all documents relating thereto be drawn-up in English. Les parties ont

- These Terms of Use constitute
the entire agreement between you and the CACAP with respect to the use of this Site
and the Content and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of you

CACAP to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms
of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If any of the
provisions of these Terms of Use are deemed to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable
by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining
provisions contained herein.
