After a successful 4 days, the 43rd annual CACAP Conference wraps up in Calgary today. The conference welcomed a multidisciplinary audience with plenary speakers from across Canada and the United States.
Next year’s conference is scheduled to take place from September 21-24, 2024 in Winnipeg. Winnipeg is located at the geographical centre of Canada at the confluence of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers. Winnipeg is a diverse community home to attractions such as the Canadian Museum of Human Rights (the first national museum located outside of Ottawa), the Winnipeg Art Gallery that houses the largest public collection of Inuit art in the world, and the Forks, a designated National Historic Site where First Nations peoples interacted with European fur traders.
Mark your calendars today for next year’s conference and stay tuned for further information in the coming months.
