The 43rd annual CACAP Conference has kicked off in Calgary!
The conference began yesterday with the CACAP Institute, featuring seminars by Dr. Martha Ignaszewski focusing on working with youth who use substances and Dr. Paul Arnold who covered the topic of pediatric obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Following a presidential address by Dr. Lila Amirali, today’s program featured plenary speakers Dr. Eli Lebowitz of the Yale Child Study Center, Dr. Meng-Chuan Li of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and University of Toronto, and Dr. Hasina Samji of the BC Centre for Disease Control and University of British Columbia.
The CACAP Annual General Meeting will be held tomorrow and is open to all CACAP members.
