JCACAP interviews Dr. Margaret Steele

For the August 2022 issue of the Journal of the Canadian Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JCACAP), Clinical Editor Dr. Lind Grant-Oyeye sat down for an interview with Memorial University’s Dean of Medicine, Interim Provost, and Vice-President (Academic), Dr. Margaret Steele.  Dr. Steele’s distinguished career has included serving as the President of CACAP, President of the Ontario Psychiatric Association, and President of the Association of Professors in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Canada.  Dr. Steele’s contributions were instrumental in leading the application for child and adolescent psychiatry to become a recognized subspecialty with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
